Connect Subdivvy to Cursor

Wire Subdivvy into Cursor's MCP settings and query property data without leaving your editor.

Setup

  1. 1Open Cursor and go to Settings → MCP.
  2. 2Click Add Server (or Add new MCP server).
  3. 3Paste the Subdivvy URL https://mcp.subdivvy.com/api/mcp, or add the JSON config block.
  4. 4Sign in with OAuth, or paste an API key from your Subdivvy dashboard.
  5. 5Confirm the subdivvy server shows as connected in the MCP list.
  6. 6Ask a property question in the chat pane and Cursor calls Subdivvy's tools.

Example query

Once connected, just ask:

› What's the rental yield and cash flow at 1015 SW 11th Ter?

→ Cursor calls Subdivvy's tools and returns the answer, pulled live from real property data.
