Connect Subdivvy to your AI assistant

Subdivvy works inside the assistant you already use — Claude, Codex, Cursor, and more. It takes about two minutes to set up, once.

   Find your assistant's connection settings

   ClaudeSettings → Developer → Edit Config

   Codexconfig file → mcp_servers

   CursorSettings → MCP → Add Server

   Others (Cline, Windsurf, Zed…)Add an MCP server

   Paste in your Subdivvy details

   Add this and save. Your API key arrives in your welcome email.

   Restart and ask a question

   Reopen your assistant, then try one of these:

   • “Find motivated sellers in Broward County with lots of equity.”
   • “Who owns 1450 NE 56th St, and are they behind on taxes?”
   • “Show me out-of-state owners in Tampa who've owned 20+ years.”
   • “What did homes near this address recently sell for?”
